BDSM Philosophy

Every one has their own philosophy when it comes to BDSM. Some believe in SSC, some believe in RACK. Some combine the two.

For this writing assignment, define SSC and RACK. Which do you mostly follow? Do you have other philosophies you follow? Give specific examples where you have used your philosophy and examples when it wasn't used as it should have been.

This writing assignment should be no less than 1000 words.
